Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at Souraja International Dresses, specializing in high-quality uniforms for schools, law enforcement, medical professionals, and security personnel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively promoting and selling our products.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives. Establish annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and create actionable plans to achieve sales targets.

- Market Analysis & Expansion: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Expand our market presence by identifying new customer segments and potential partnerships.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Meet with customers to assess their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Provide on-the-ground support to sales associates, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and success.

- Product Promotion: Drive promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales. Recommend and implement product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales potential.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly assess the sales team’s performance against targets. Prepare and present sales reports, including data analysis on sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package for the Sales Manager position at Souraja International Dresses, ensuring that your hard work and dedication are well rewarded. The monthly salary start at ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 with incentive depending on experience, skills and performance. The annual salary Package starting from ₹1,80,000 per annum, with potential growth based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
